Clara Ruplinger

Clara Ruplinger is originally from Louisville, Kentucky. Clara is a Sophomore Political Science major. Clara chose to join Entrepreneurship for the Public Good because she wanted to know how to make a real, tangible change in the world, and EPG is designed to help you do just that. In most classes memorization of theories and regurgitation of them on demand is the practice, not EPG. For Clara, EPG never taught something not applicable in real life. Clara does not want to study poverty or injustice if she cannot be a part of bringing about change in those areas. That is why Clara chose EPG and feels like it was an invaluable summer. In her free time Clara loves studying languages and different cultures. Clara is particularly fond of Latin, and took four years of it in high school. Clara has read most of Ceasar's Commentary on the Gallic War and Virgil's Aeniad in original Latin.
