Ian Norris – Director, EPG
I’m Ian Norris, Director of the Entrepreneurship for the Public Good (EPG) and Professor of Marketing at Berea College. I’m passionate about creativity, innovation, and social entrepreneurship, and I love exploring how people make choices that shape their well-being and communities. Along with teaching courses in marketing and consumer behavior, I’ve co-authored a financial literacy textbook and helped launch Berea’s financial literacy program.

Dani Gift – Assistant Director, EPG
I’m Dani, a 2012 Berea College graduate (Theatre major) who is beyond excited to be back in the place that feels most like home. I earned my Master of Public Administration degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2022, focusing on community development. My career experience includes digital and print marketing, tourism, event planning, and historical preservation.

Chase Phillips – Student Program Manager
My name is Chase, and I serve as the Student Program Manager for the EPG program. I’m a senior majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and I’m passionate about driving small business development and innovation in Central Appalachia.

Faryal Fatima – Event Coordinator
I’m Faryal, the Event Coordinator for the EPG program, studying Economics with a Finance concentration. I carry with me a favorite line from Baba Bulleh Shah: “Learning the lesson without love is all useless,” which reminds me to lead with both intellect and heart.
